Powertex UK Ltd collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.We do not store credit card details and we use Sage to process all transactions securely. Sage use Elavon to process all transactions and we have to comply with their data handling protocol in order for this to happen, you can request a copy of this at any time from We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties other than as a means to process orders ie carriers, Post Office etc

Powertex UK Ltd may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features. If you no longer wish to receive these emails from us, please unsubscribe using the link in the next newsletter you receive.

To further protect your information we will remove your details from our site if you have not used it for a period of 12 months, this will not stop you from re-registering at any point.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by using the unsubscribe button in any newsletter you receive. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

When you place an order on our website we will notify you by email that the order has been received and at various stages in the processing of the order, once the order is delivered you should receive no further communication from us unless you choose to receive our newsletter, you can do this by signing into the "My Account" section on our site.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. If you would prefer us to remove your details for you please call us on 01527328514 and we will action that for you. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for legally required record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site ie YouTube, Blogger etc. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
