Liquid Power

LiquidPower is a liquid, UV-resistant, semi-transparent, water-based pigment. (APE and VOC free, for inside and outdoor use). Always use LiquidPower together with a water-based binder such as on a layer of wet Powertex. It is recommended to varnish once dry.
